Hello, Lima! I’m Corey Frazer, your local State Farm Insurance Agent proudly serving Lima, Allen County, and families across Ohio. Since beginning my State Farm career in 2005 as a second-generation agent, I have been dedicated to helping individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most with coverage that fits their unique needs.

At the Corey Frazer State Farm office in Lima, opened in April 2013, our team provides fast, accurate insurance quotes and personalized guidance for Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Renters Insurance, Life Insurance, and Business Insurance. Whether you’re buying your first home, protecting your vehicle, preparing for the future, or looking for coverage for your small business, we’re here to help you understand your options and feel confident in your plan.

Our office is proud to have been recognized with State Farm honors including Top 100 New Agent Qualifier, Honor Club, Bronze Honor Club, and Ambassador Club Qualifier. These achievements reflect our commitment to dependable service, strong relationships, and helping our Good Neighbors plan for both the expected and unexpected.

Outside the office, I’m a proud husband and father of three. I’m also grateful to be involved in the Lima community through volunteer service with Lima Community Church, the Allen County Chamber Board, and the Lima Rotary Board. When I’m not helping customers with their insurance needs, you can usually find me golfing, skiing, or spending time with my family.

If you’re looking for a trusted State Farm Insurance Agent in Lima, OH, my team and I would be honored to help. Contact the Corey Frazer State Farm office today for a free insurance quote and let us help you protect what matters most.
